Nervous??? I think all people have and always experience nervous problem when in front of public…actually nervous this is a problem that normal...all people will doubtless feel nervous when do something that new. From this positive angle make us ready.. .I always have problem when I want to in front with of public…until when come my turn for presentation in my class my whole body will sense shivering…when in front of public what I practice to present previously all lose immediately…as if my brain memory lost for a while…I feel fear and not confident with myself and I feel ashamed when in front of public… however nervous level or concern that high will is harmful to health and our life…many ways can we doing to resolve nervous problem when in front of public among them that I learn way overcome it is…
Have confident...
when communication in front of public we must have confident with yourself...
Take a deep breath...
Before you want to presentation if you feel nervous you can
take a deep breath...you can feel more relax...taking some deeper
breaths with your belly can also be useful if you start to feel nervous
or unfocused during your interview,presentation or meeting...
Understand issue that will be presentation...
If you unaccustomed or less comfortable with your issue,
nervous would be increased..Due to this do practice presentation
and what you want talk before come the time...
Realize that people don't care that much about what you do...
One big source of nervousness if focusing too much on what
people will think of you... And thinking that their criticism
is always about you...But people don't think that much about what you do...
More relax...
Do not obsessing how your presentation later otherwise
you would only give pressure in yourself..
when this happen your body not gets rest that sufficiently...
Practice...
The more you practice, take action and put yourself
in situation that may make you nervous the more
confident you become...you have been there before
you know pretty much what will happen...
so you feel more and more comfortable and less nervous...
